Is CTCtruth really free for candidates?

Yes. The quick analyser and the offer breakdown are free, with no login and no account. Recruiter plans pay for the product, so candidates don’t have to.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Start on Free and move to Pro or Business when your hiring needs grow. If you want help switching, contact us.

Can I pay yearly, and do you give a GST invoice?

Yes. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free. Prices are per recruiter, in INR, and exclude 18% GST. If you need an invoice with your company’s GSTIN, contact sales before you buy.

What happens to candidate data?

Candidate offer analysis runs in the browser and isn’t stored on our servers. Offers that recruiters create live in the recruiter portal, which needs a sign-in and uses team roles. Read more on the security page.
